- This website is intended to provide friends and family with a free, easy-to-use and visually appealing interface for hosting a Baby Pool online. Participants in the pools can leave comments and BabyHunch.com does not, and never intends to, police the content within said comments for profanity or other potentially offensive material.
- Certain information must be entered in various areas of this website, including, but not limited to, First Names, Last Names, Email Address, etc. No information submitted to BabyHunch.com will be used for anything other than display purposes to be seen by the participants in your particular Baby Pool(s). Furthermore, email addresses will only be used by the person who created the Baby Pool (the "Administrator) possibly for the purpose of sending messages to all the participants in the Baby Pool, possibly for email notifications if the users chose to turn that setting on, and also possibly for emailing all participants once the new bundle of joy has arrived to announce which participant won the Baby Pool. Email addresses will not, under any circumstance, be shared with any 3rd parties.
In order to delete your information, if you created the pool page yourself, you can delete your account at anytime by going to "Account" and clicking "Delete My Account." This will delete all information related to your account forever. If you don't have an account and would like your information deleted, you can ask the person who created the pool (they have the ability to delete any information on their pool) or you can send a request to [email protected] and specify exactly what you want deleted.
NOTE: Old data may be deleted every so often. We can only guarantee data will exist for three years. Once it is over three years old, it may be deleted. Specifically, old hunches and images from old pools may be deleted to free up server resources. We will never delete your account information, unless requested as described in the paragraph above. By using this website, you agree to these terms.
- With the exception of material that is public domain, much of the content on this website is protected by intellectual property laws. You are free to use any material presented on this website while connected to the website and are free to copy content to email to friends, family, whoever. However, you cannot use any of the content on this website for commercial use.
